Dominic Bodine did a great job today. He was able to determine the issue that we had with the air handler and set up the process to fix it when other technicians were not able to do it about a year ago. He did a good job explaining everything about the problem and the solution. Also, he had a very good customer service approach during the time he was here. I am very happy with his efforts today.
Keith was a great technician. He was on time and finished sooner than I expected. CJS was amazing to work with. They took over my previous contract I had with another heating company. That’s quite the service!
I want to thank Austin and Jake W. for their excellent work and professionalism with the hot water tank replacement and plumbing in Troy. They did a phenomenal job! They are both very nice and knowledgeable.
