For years, we have said that if we ever had the opportunity to build a home, we wanted it to be Denlinger & Sons home. We would always look at the Facebook and Instagram posts and dream about building a home like that. So when the opportunity arose, that is exactly what we did. Everyone we worked with from conception to completion was knowledgeable and welcoming. They made themselves available and were always quick to respond to emails or calls. They made the process fun! This is the premier home builder in the Troy area. They make beautiful homes. My son and his wife have had a home built by D&S. It's quality work all the way through, from the initial planning stages, the details assessments, the appliance and light selection they are there all the way through the process. No shortcuts. My wife and I have been so impressed that we have now selected a property snd have begun the process of building our new home with D&S!

My wife and I built with Todd and Bart Denlinger in Tipp City at Rosewood Creek. They are awesome. They are easy to work with and absolutely straightforward about everything from the price to the process.But most of all, the house they built is beautiful and amazing. They were so responsive and attentive, they made the process easy and basically stress free.They were amazing in every way. My wife and I would build with them again tomorrow and in fact are talking to Todd about it.Simon and Maureen Patry
