They use an app to aid in the process which helped us revisit our design choices and gave us the information we need promptly. For years, we have said that if we ever had the opportunity to build a home, we wanted it to be Denlinger & Sons home. We would always look at the Facebook and Instagram posts and dream about building a home like that. So when the opportunity arose, that is exactly what we did. Everyone we worked with from conception to completion was knowledgeable and welcoming. They made themselves available and were always quick to respond to emails or calls. They made the process fun! When you are bringing together dozens of people to assemble thousands of components into a custom home, there will inevitably be some issues. You can tell a lot about a company and the people it is made of based on how they handle these issues. The Denlinger team did not disappoint. It is quite obvious that the Denlinger family has made integrity a core value of their company, and they have empowered their employees to deliver on that promise. To all of the Denlinger & Sons employees who were involved with our home, and all of their carefully selected subcontractors, thank you.
