We had some water damage over a holiday weekend and Will, David and Thomas came the same day as the discovery and were able to clean up quickly to prevent further damage. Without their swift response, it could have been much worse. Thank you to the team.
Will and Harley did a really great job taking out all of our destroyed items from a sewage backup in our basement shower. They were friendly, explained things in great detail, and worked extremely hard taking a shower, baseboards, drywall, a vanity, carpet, and any other soiled items out. Then cleaned everything with great detail and placed fans and dehumidifiers to dry everything out. We really appreciate Will and Harley’s expertise and dedication.
Complete Detail Cleaning and Restoration performed a thorough inspection of the whole basement area to ensure they had a complete understanding of the damage caused by the flood. Jesse explained in detail what the work entailed and provided a quote. He also put two large humidifiers in the basement so it helped with the extraction of the humidity. The cleaning and restoration work will start tomorrow so I hope that everything goes well as he said. Thank you.
