My Aussie had just passed away today. She had parvo. I had done everything to my ability and so did the nurses and the dr. The dr had called before he left just to give condolences and had even kept her an extra night for free because he was hopeful, however he was not promising. They didn’t get my hopes up and they had saved me about $400 in the process. I apreciate everyone. The receptionist was challenging me as to what the dr said and very inconsideratly told me she had passed which gives the 4 star rating. I have a large American Akita who tore his acl several months ago. The staff here are more than accommodating and extremely helpful. The surgery went great and he’s back to 100%. I’ll never go anywhere else, this place has earned my business for life ?
