We got our fireplace insert about a year ago. It’s one of the best upgrades we’ve made to our house. The insert is high quality and has worked great. It’s been perfect for the cooler mornings; it can pump out a lot of heat and allows us to not turn on our furnace on days that start cooler but warm up quickly.
Ben and his team did a great job with the install. In addition to the final product, we were impressed with how they prioritized protecting our floor and cleaning up before they left! Ben and his crew at Chimney Solutions were very helpful from the beginning. From showing us the different units to helping us get exactly what we wanted and at good price. When it came to the unit installation they were prompt and there when they said they would be there. They were very professional and thorough to explaining everything we needed to know when it came to our new fireplace. Great experience from start to finish! The entire process of purchasing and installation went very smoothly. Ben is very knowledgable regarding various stove types and options for each one. Installation was completed on time as promised. (Just in time for the Christmas season!) They removed the old system and installed the new one in short order.
