We talked with Ben about replacing our wood burning insert. He is very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how it needed to be done. He has a beautiful showroom with multiple displays. Once we decided to go with Ben’s suggestion we were scheduled for install within a few days. Ben, Ben and Ryan took out the old and inserted the new very quickly and were very careful with their equipment in our home. We would highly recommend Ben and Chimney Solutions for any of your wood or gas fireplace needs or wants.
We were having problems with our fireplace pilot light not staying on, plus the remote control wasn't working either, even after Ben gave us a step by step on what to do. We had an appt set up for a service call ( a few weeks out). Ben called us up to fit us in early. He and an associate (another Ben) came out, fixed the problems, replaced what was bad- all at no charge- as it was still under warranty.
