5 stars for Ellyn! I have been going to Ellyn for the last 5-6 years and have followed her from her previous location to current and will continue to follow her in her next adventure. I have always enjoyed my time with Ellyn and the staff of Beauty by Belloti- when they were at the green building downtown. Since the move the vibe in the salon has become toxic, immature and unwelcoming. This is not due to Ellyn- but the nail team that has come with them to the new location. It's uncomfortable to use the restroom as you have to enter the nail side, and the looks, sneers and comments made are uncalled for and out of line. This was my first time going to a salon in years so I was nervous but Ellyn was all around fantastic. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she mirrored it. She asked questions and was very knowledgeable. Not only that, but she is super down to earth and fun to talk to. She even sent me on my way with a shower cap on because it was raining 😂 10/10 will be back to see her!
Julie cut my thick, unruly waves into a gorgeous long shag! It frames my face and suits me perfectly. It nearly falls into place itself every morning. I was nervous about getting bangs for the first time in years, but they look great! I feel ten years younger. She also gave me some very flattering red tones. I'm completely happy with this big hair change!
