We do DROP/HOOK, BT parking SPOTS for overnight ( 24/7 restroom access in SHIPPING OFFICE ) or HOOK EMPTY TRL and go. Sometimes leave with OUTBOUND. Yes, they are VERY slow otherwise. To GRAB EMPTY TRL or TO VERIFY LOAD IS READY, leave PH # they will call you.

This place is always a hit or miss. 02/07/24 got there at 10:30 for 12:3pm appointment and I was loaded and out of there by 11:30am. But 3 weeks ago I sat for 16 hours to get unloaded. Good people though. Overnight parking on the street. Clean restrooms by shipping and receiving office

Nice people here but wait is way too long over 5 hours to get unloaded and other thing guys don’t use coffee vending machine in there it’s not making coffee but water with powder
