“We hired TNR Cleancare to remodel a very outdated bathroom. Randall explained how the shower would be waterproofed, and what he and his one-man crew (Eric) would be providing as far as labor and materials (drywall, waterproofing products, paint, electrical, etc.). It was our responsibility to purchase major items like tile, flooringvanity, water fixtures, lighting, shower door, and toilet for them to install. We ordered from Floor and Decor, Lowe's, Home Depot, and Amazon. That way, we could have what we wanted and not have to be constrained by a dollar amount quoted by the contractor. They picked up all the ordered items when they were available, so we didn't have to worry about transporting large items. Randall was very meticulous with the tile work, matching the veining on the shower wall tiles. We compared Randall's work to the of a previous bathroom remodel and found that his was superior to the first one. The other contractor took 7.5 weeks to complete the remodel; sometimes no work was done for several days. Randall and Eric completed this one in 4 weeks, working every day.

“A serious leak in the sewage pipeline under my house had to be repaired asap. The plumber fixed the problem by cutting into the wall and digging into the floor. See attached photos. We then called Tony to replace wallboard and trim, and also floor tile.
