Exceptional customer service from Heritage Home Care. As a caregiver for my father I take him to doctor appointments and depend on using his wheelchair for mobility. I recently had a problem with the wheelchair which created difficulties getting to a recent appointment. I called Heritage and they told me to come by and they’ll take care of it for me. There was no hesitation or “we’ll see what we can do” that you typically get from other places I stopped by 10 minutes prior to store closing hours and the entire staff on hand was welcoming and concerned for my issues. They understood the challenges and stress of being a caregiver and made it clear they were going to help me. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a reliable, quality wheelchair to assist my father. Within 20 minutes I was out the door. Everyone from the person answering the phone to the guys who helped me out were exceptional! Thank you all so much!!
Dave is a very competent and informative CPA. I usually do my own taxes, but this year had several things to straighten out that were beyond my knowledge. We got a quick appointment, I brought the info he requested and he called back in just a couple of hours with our copies and forms to sign and send in. We had been expecting to hear from him in a couple of days, and were surprised that he had it done so quickly! A good experience.
