Our mother was under Hospice Home Health Care, and my siblings and I were not able to physically visit the funeral home to begin arrangements. Mr.Trent Zerkle personally came to us, which was such a relief. He was kind, considerate, and took the time to clearly explain the entire process, including costs, without ever making us feel rushed.
