John was fabulous. Came out in Feb 2026 for water ironizer questions and quote. And then I shared the issues we were having with our water softener. He looked at it even though it wasn't his product. He quickly found a piece that had broken off and was in the salt container. He suggested we contact the company to get a replacement part instead of trying to sell us a whole new water softener system that we didn't need. Saved us lots of time and money!! Didn't even charge for the visit, or the fix, the generous man.
