I was so thankful to have ordered from Tom Rodgers! A last minute change to the recipient's travel plans also changed the delivery address I already placed on the order. My brother and family loved the flowers they sent me a picture they are beautiful, I got a call from Tom Rodgers after I made my perches and forgot to put down some details I was so thankful they caught my mistake and fixed it for my order to be delivered to the correct address thank you so much!

Purchased flowers on Friday and half of them weren’t looking too great by the time Monday rolled around. My partner called and they said they’d generously “refresh them” by replacing the ones that were dying. Quality isn’t as great as we’d hoped (they mentioned it could be for a number of reasons) but the customer service experience really made up for it the lack of quality.
