I had called on 7/26/23 completely upset and in shock over finding a pest in my home. Logan met me with nothing but kindness and understanding. He proceeded to ask me yes or no questions to address the situation because I was unable to gather the words to express what was going on at first. He assured me from the information I had gave him it didn’t sound like I had a problem, but I had ask him if he could do an inspection just for my peace of mind. He came the next day and took a look around and reassured me I in fact didn't have a problem but if I ever did end up with one he would be back to take care of it.
