I feel that the question that was directed on the procedure could have been addressed better in a timely matter, to give the response to make the patient at ease, instead of the patient, which was myself, to have to followup the next day to get a response to ease the situation at hand.
I did not have a long wait and was taken to the exam room by a very friendly staff member. The doctor was very thorough and efficient. Good bedside manner.. The staff there is incredibly personable.
I was seen for the very first time here as an emergency eye problem on a weekend. Staff and Dr. were great and reassuring. Had follow up the following Tuesday with Dr. Stephens. Although the wait was a bit long in the waiting area I understand others have emergencies too! On the road to recovery!
