While patients generally find the staff to be professional and the care excellent, some have reported long wait times for basic appointments and procedures. Overall, Novus Clinic is a well-established provider known for its comprehensive eye and skin care services.
I was seen for the very first time here as an emergency eye problem on a weekend. Staff and Dr. were great and reassuring. Had follow up the following Tuesday with Dr. Stephens. Although the wait was a bit long in the waiting area I understand others have emergencies too! On the road to recovery!
Folks, this is the ONLY place to go for eye care. On my recent visit, Dr. Nikita Patel was amazing, listened to my questions and concerns, and explained everything thoroughly; really took the time to make sure I understood all going on, and that I was good to go! Then the eye glasses selection process was just as friendly and professional, and my prescription eyeglasses couldn't possibly be any better. Bravo to this Novus Team!
I was recently seen at Novus clinic for my annual eye exam by Dr. Sude who has treated me for many years. I am also treated for dry eye by Dr. Johnston. I have had good results from his treatment. This year I purchased by eye glasses from Novus Clinic. Janet was excellent in explaining my insurance as well as all the facets of ordering eye wear. All of the staff are friendly and professional. The care is excellent in all forms. I would highly recommend Novus clinic to all that need eye care. My experience is always a good one.
