I have been a patient of Novus Clinic for over 15 years. My expierences have always been positive. The doctors have been caring and very attentive. I especially like that on my last visit when I came in the waiting room was packed. I did not have a long wait and actually was out in less than an hour. I will continue to trust my eye care to the Doctors at Novus Clinic.

Dr. Sherman was excellent! He was very easy to talk to and he thoroughly explained his diagnosis. He also gave me tips on preventative eye health care going forward. I had a great experience at Novus, the staff was friendly and Dr. Sherman's professionalism has convinced me to make Novus Eye Clinic my one and only eye health and corrective lens facility. AAA+++

Megan at the front desk was very welcoming and clear on what she needed from me. She gave clear directions and was sweet.Sydney was also very sweet. She had a good balance of professionalism and rapport-building. I enjoyed my time with her.Marie was very helpful and helped to calm my anxiety. She made me feel very comfortable and I felt like I have known her forever.Dr. Sherman was very pleasant and made me feel like I was not as bad as I thought I was going into the appointment.
