Had issue, called Hilscher-Clarke.. immediately returned my call, Service Tech was at my house the following day, a faulty part was the issue. GENERAC Warranty was immediately addressed & Resolved. 2 days later part was replaced, issued was resolved. The entire process was expedited as efficiently as could be! Once again I am extremely satisfied with Hilscher-Clarke! Looking forward to continuing long relationship with this Company.
For the past 2 years Hilscher Clarke has been my electrician on my Custome home builds and I couldn’t be happier. No one is perfect but they have stood behind their work at every turn. Luke Grimes started out as my on site journeyman until about a year ago when he was promoted (rightfully so). Luke has always taken care of us and has made every effort to keep all of our project on time and budget, including going above and beyond. Small example, I had a home that has been waiting on a meter from the power company for several weeks. All inspections passed, just no meter. Luke made a call to a contact he had at the power company and I am on the schedule for tomorrow....read full review
Hilscher Clarke Electric was selected by Qmerit to do the installation of the Level 2 outlet for the GM Bolt promotion. Matt and his partner were on time, efficient and friendly. Took about 2 hours and they also mounted the charger for us. Great service!Service: Electric car charger installation
