They walked me through the steps and followed through in every way.When I had to call them the 2nd time due to the City of Akron’s accident, they could hear the desperation and frustration in my voice. When I asked them to have them have their crew follow them because no matter what I was going to have the clean and sanitize my basement, they didn’t hesitate.
