Ryan was very thorough throughout the inspection. He stopped multiple times to explain his thoughts and findings. At the end he showed us the pictures he had taken and briefly ran through how to fix the issues he had seen. Great experience and look forward to working with Ryan again.

Ryan Fennell is an Ohio licensed, and InterNACHI certified professional inspector, with many years of residential and commercial construction experience. He has experience in everything from footers and foundations, to framing and finish carpentry. After buying and selling several of his own homes, he noticed how important the home inspector is in the home buying process. Ryan’s experience in construction and the will to help others, is what led him to starting Acuity Inspections in 2021. Our Mission at Acuity, is to educate and empower you to make the best possible decision during the many phases of home ownership, including buying, selling, and owning. Our service area includes Delaware, Findlay, Lima, Bowling Green and surrounding areas.
