Great service, fantastic experience and problem solved. Matt was on time, knowledgeable and gave us a fair quote. The external pipe was painted to match our home and the unit was placed where it is not noticeable. There is no noise with the system and the problem has been resolved. I would strongly recommend this company and its owner to any of my friends or family.
Matt at Black River Radon is simply amazing. We had a large spike of radon in our home over the last few months, and knew it was time to get this taken care of. We had a couple companies come out and quote a system and method of installation. Matt was by far the most thorough, detailed, and friendly. He laid out a detailed plan of installation, and everything was easy to understand. His website says that you will be treated like family, and it was true.

We had a great experience with Matt! He was very efficient, professional and worked around a complicated home layout to put a system in. He was very knowledgeable and lowered our radon readings to an average of less than 1. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend Black River Radon!
