The clinical team at Sugarcreek Ohio is wonderful. Always so friendly and professional however the home office billing department needs much improvement. They don’t send in the bills to get reimbursed from insurance or my NORD grant and it was cut for 2025 for this exact reason, per NORD. But at the beginning of the year the home office wants to give me a hard time about co-payments/deductibles when I had grant money they DIDN’T USE from the year prior. Frustrating.
