Definitely my favorite planet fitness around. Always very clean. Everything is always in working order. The people who work evening shift specifically (kay kai and bailey) genuinely make me want to come here! They are so friendly, very patient, and always willing to help! I drive way out of my way to come here every time!
If you’re gonna get a membership, just get the black card fr the spa is the best!!
I guess my only complaint is I wish they were open later on the weekends lol
Some guy was filming the entire changing room while he flexed. Told the staff and they talked to him, which I appreciate but really if you're filming in a bathroom you need to be arrested or at least banned.
Honestly I’ve been afraid to leave a great review for fear of dissatisfied members from the Lyons location flooding this one. But it appears I’m not alone in my appreciation for this location.
This is a great PF, MILES above the Lyons location. It’s always clean, staff are always present and on top of their duties, not to mention just the *nicest* people. The manager here has gone above and beyond to address any concerns I’ve had, including helping me locate an ID I lost in a time-sensitive situation.
The only thing is the space is a bit small, and the 30-minute workout area is crammed into a small space downstairs and is frustrating to use because...read full review
