I didn’t know how to rate Black Gold Golf Club, I guess pros, course is fun, greens were slow and course shape was over all good.
Cons
No ball washers anywhere
No bathrooms on the course
No hotdogs or sandwiches ( Father’s Day Weekend advertised but we’re all out by 9:58 tee time)
Service in the pro shop was non existent
Not sure it’s somewhere I would drive 49 mins to again.

Great experience per usual, wide open layout with tough sloping greens. We were given free hot dogs and chips at the turn which was awesome. My one complaint is that the greens were aerated in early August, which was a bit disappointing.

We have a group of guys every year, we have this Golf Course on our schedule we play about 12 courses throughout the year and we always come back to this one. The staff is so polite can’t say enough never once had an issue. The course is in tiptop shape. they take really good pride in their job. See you guys soon.
