Woolace and Johnson have such a good team:) Nathan was out today to do maintenance on my furnace and a/c unit. He did an amazing job. He explained everything to me and made sure that everything is in good working order! I wish I could give you 10 stars!
We were getting ready to clean our dryer vent and noticed that it had become disconnected. I called Woolace & Johnson and they had someone over the next morning to diagnose and fix the issue. While in our crawlspace they noticed that our main water line also needed to be replaced. Nathan was great! Excellent service all the way around! Thank you Woolace & Johnson!
We had Woolace & Johnson at our home again due to our water heater not staying lit. We ended up needing a new water heater, which Woolace & Johnson was able to install the next day. We hired Woolace & Johnson/Shearer the end of Feb. '26 to install a new furnace, A/C and water heater. This was scheduled as a 2-day project, but they were very considerate of our health issue and extra hands showed up during the day. Everything was completed and cleaned up by the end of the first day! They have recently returned during our warmer weather for a post installation checkup, and we look forward to a company we can count on. We highly recommend them and are happy to add another to their many fine reviews.
