Was extemely impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of this company.i highly recommend them.i called other companies first and got the sales pitch runaround.they came out fixed my problem with no bs were very upfront and kind.prices were reasonable and work done properly.

Had a furnace emergency and Thatcher heating was here within an hour or so and replaced our igniter. Employee was very polite and had our furnace up and running at a reasonable cost. Thank you so much for your service.

Kevin is a remarkable tech. He explains everything. He found that the circuit board I installed was defective. Had another new board. Kevin installed it and all was well. I will only call Thatcher Heating and Cooling when I have a problem Hold onto Kevin, he is the best.
