Great store and friendly employees but GOOD GRIEF, THE SMELL! Holy cow! The overwhelming perfume never subsides no matter where you go in the store. It's inescapable, oppressive, nose-burning, cloying, and gag-inducing. I don't know how the employees tolerate it! TURN IT DOWN!

I placed a pick up order here and had to go just before close. I don't usually wear makeup but a family member is getting married, so I ordered some things I remembered liking 5-10 years ago. They were out of a highlighter I'd ordered (totally out of their control) so I shopped for a replacement and a CC cream that I couldn't really buy online. There was an employee (9/12/2023) with long blonde hair who took the time to color match me for an IT cc cream as they were getting ready to close. I'm bummed I didn't get her name because she was fantastic. Just super understanding, patient, nice, and she made sure I got the right color. I'll definitely be back to this location.

Ulta has nice coupons and birthday recognition free gifts! But the STRONG PERFUME smell when entering the store is beyond reasonable! I wish it wasn't sooo overwhelming! Every time I enter the store, the first thing I think is, "ugh" !
