I have been a patient for several years. I continue to be impressed with Dr. Trepke and the entire staff. They go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He explains what he is doing and why, and also gives best practice tips/reminders with contact lenses. I can stop in anytime for an adjustment to the fit of my glasses, they provide samples of contact lenses to try and are always pleasant. I would highly recommend this office!
It is always a pleasant visit to Dr Trepke's office. I've been coming here for 20 years, and wouldn't change a thing. They honored an expired warranty on a pair of my glasses that my 2 year old broke (without me even asking). Dr Trepke has even offered to assist family members of mine when the office was closed in emergency situations. He will treat you like family.
