Great office, friendly staff. Great with scheduling. However (keep in mind I hate to be specific) someone burned my actual lip down there TWICE and it got bad. My skin melted off, I had to keep ointment on it for weeks, I could barely wear pants and I still have some discomfort. When I asked staff, they told me since it already happened and I didnt call immediately, it was kind of too late. I didn't even get a chance to ask staff because the woman ran out of the office immediately instead of holding accountability or giving me some aftercare tips. Just got my first treatment done and it was amazing! The staff were very professional and comforting through the entire service as I was uneasy about the process. I would undoubtedly recommend this to anyone who plans on trying laser hair removal. The staff was very informative about the process and after care of these treatments which eased my nerves. I can’t wait for next treatment!!
