Super disappointed in the professionalism of this business. I had booked a colonic a week in advance and I received a confirmation from the business owner. I texted the day before, no response. I drove 45 minutes only for the doors to be locked at my appointment time. I texted the business again and the owner said she forgot to tell me she canceled appointments because she wasn't feeling well. That was it. No attempt to reschedule or make it right! Be aware before booking!

I am disappointed by the professionalism of this spa. I had scheduled two stone massages for my daughter and I for her birthday. I confirmed the date and time twice with the owner as my daughter needed to schedule childcare. They told me they were looking forward to our appointment, and on the day of we showed up to locked doors. After calling, it appear they were mistaken with the date and were closed. Obviously things like this happen, and while we were disappointed we are also understanding. What was frustrating was that this business did nothing to make up for their error of scheduling (and twice confirming) this appointment. If you choose to use this spa I would be aware of your scheduled appointments!

Absolutely wonderful experience for me. I came in for the first time for a brown sugar scrub and rose hip oil body mask and wrap and it was great. My therapist made me feel very comfortable during the entire process. Her office is also the cutest ever; a great aesthetic and feel to the environment. I'm from out of state and I came here after the holiday with my cousin who's a local and we had the office to ourselves. Everything was very private and quiet. Overall fabulous experience, and if I'm ever back in town I would definitely come back. My only complaint has nothing to do with the the actual mask and scrub or service altogether, just these two older woman that rudely came in with loud voices and refused to whisper to help keep the atmosphere relaxed.
