The process with Ohio Buckeye Plumbing was beyond easy. I called Monday morning and by Tuesday afternoon we had a new water heater. They are the BEST! Mike was on time, incredibly professional and kind - worked so hard and left the space better than he found it. The pricing was fair (we got two other quotes). Truly, I hope I don't need a lot of plumbing work, but I will always call Ohio Buckeye Plumbing if I do!
We had a wonderful experience with Ohio Buckeye Plumbing! Mike was awesome! He worked very hard until the entire job was completed. Mike was conscientious about cost, cleanliness and making sure the job was done right! You can’t beat that! I highly recommend OBP!
The lady I talked to schedule was very nice and understanding of our situation and did a great job of seting expectations. The plumber arrived on time, explained the situation and the actions he was taking along with realistic expectations. He then then finished in the estimated time.
I will absolutely be calling them next time I need to but hope I never need to.
