Most recently, I had a concern about my membership status and billing, and I was COMPLETELY impressed with how the business manager Lydia Machalek handled it. She was understanding and professional, and very diligent in her effort to track down the details. She continued to call me over a couple of days to let me know status and progress, and ultimately resolved the issue to my full satisfaction. Just had a wonderful facial with Iulia. What an incredible experience. Life has been coming at me hard and fast lately. Iulia was a balm to my body and my spirit. I left there and sat in my car and cried. Her tender care allowed me to release so much pent up stress. She was just what I needed. God is definitely working through Iulia.

I had a facial with lulia. I have been in the beauty business for forty years . I did hair for 20 years then was a massage therapist for 20 years . I’ve had good and bad experiences .
