Front desk staff don’t answer the phone and the one woman is always rude with no smile? It’s called customer service TRY IT OR WORK SOME WHERE YOU DONT SPEAK WITH PEOPLE PERIOD. Never have an appointment until months away

Edit: I came in for my appointment today and Doctor Ford and dental assistant and staff were nothing short of amazing. The entire staff was very welcoming, patient and professional. I have to come back in a couple weeks to finish up a crown but, they really set my mind at ease. Dr. Ford is one of the best dentists I have had to deal with as far as bedside and seems very knowledgeable. I can't remember the name of the female that worked with him, but she was absolutely splendid as well. I will be posting more updates in the future.

I had to have all upper teeth and most lower removed and dentures made. They were experts at making me feel secure and doing an excellent job explaining everything. Teeth look great and they even were helpful with walk-ins for adjustments after.
