Our garage door was stuck due to a broken lift cable and our car was trapped in the garage. They were one of very few companies that would send someone to a residential property on the weekend - most only service commercial accounts, apparently.I called on a Saturday morning, got a reply asking for information, and within 3 hours, our door was fixed. Karl, the technician, was polite and efficient. The cost was reasonable considering it was an emergency service call.Overall, I’m very satisfied. I’d definitely recommend them.

I highly recommend Automatic Garage Door Company. They showed up on time, did a great job and were highly professional. The improvement is amazing. The garage door went from loud and squeaky to smooth and quiet (It was getting stuck). I have already scheduled next year's maintenance with Automatic Garage Door Company!

Excellent experience for us throughout the process. Honest, professional and friendly folks to work with and very fair prices. Jeff replaced two Garage Door Opener Assemblies and did everything he said he would do. Excellent!
