I had many follow-up questions about the project after my initial meeting and he answered them all promptly (even while he was out of town) and professionally. The house has a hip roof with 2 levels and countless ridges and valleys-not a cookie cutter job by any means. Additional ventilation and gutter guards were also added on the project. He and his crew arrived promptly and worked tirelessly during the 2 day project. They did a fantastic cleanup once complete. Their schedule was full, but the next day they sent someone out to do a temporary patch, to keep the leak from doing more damage. Then as soon as they could, they sent a crew out to do a complete new roof. It looks great, and I've had no problems since.
