They were able to get several large, nasty stains out of a brand new wool suit that another local cleaner told me was beyond being saved. Not sure why all the negative reviews, my experience was positive. Even offered a free 2nd cleaning if I got the garment home and found the stains weren't completely gone.

They pick up and deliver, the updates are timely and the prices reasonable. I got a vintage dress cleaned with a terrible stain, it came back perfect without a bright orange stain. 10/10 would dry clean with them forever.

Absolutely amazing. I didn't know who to take my late grandfathers WW2 uniform. It was from 1942 and sat in a chest for the last 40 years. It smelled horrible very much mildew. I e-mailed the company and the owner called me and said he would do it half price. He said we do half price for vets. I said, I am not a vet he said I am doing it for your late grandfather. He personally cleaned my uniform, called me to tell me how it came out and made me feel comfortable. When you are letting someone clean something this emotionally valuable to you, it was amazing.
