We have been going to keystone For 3 years now and I used to brag to everyone about how amazing they are. We recently moved to Green but we stayed with them because we like them so much. My kitty had some eye irritation so we scheduled an appointment. On our way there we got stuck in huge traffic, I called them and had to beg to have them let us come. The rep on the phone said "ok whenever you get here ." I was down the street from them and they cancelled on me. I drove with traffic time for over an hr and they did this. I will tell everyone about this. Done with them.

I was a client of this clinic for 1.5 years and found them to be overpriced and incompetent. One of my dogs didn't receive all of the vaccinations he needed and the clinic proceeded to tell me it was my fault because I was on a conference call. They screwed up and blamed me.

The staff here are always wonderful and kind. They really care about the animals they treat and they always are very helpful and knowledgeable.
