Really really saw a big improvement after the wash. The 12 year old roof was darkening and had lots of moss. It look dingy and had many stains. Two weeks after the wash the color of the roof is jumping out and almost all the moss has washed away. Sorry I didn’t do this years ago. Highly recommend TRT for keeping your roof clean and like new
