I recently moved to Stow with five loads of dirty laundry that needed to be washed ASAP. My unit’s laundry room was very inconvenient, so I searched for alternatives and found Laundry Time. I brought my items around 10 a.m. in a large laundry bag and was greeted by a very friendly employee.
I had never used wash-and-fold before and didn’t know how pricing worked, but she explained everything clearly. They weigh your clothes and give you a price upfront. The cost was very reasonable—especially considering how much time and effort it would have taken me to do all that laundry myself.
I went on 11/24 around 3:30. It wasn’t too busy, but steady. The employee working was so amazing. She was walking around asking people what she could do to help. She was cleaning the washers as soon as someone was done with their laundry. She was constantly doing something. You could tell too by the way it looked inside. It was very clean. I overheard a couple saying that they really liked this laundry mat and would start coming there instead. I definitely will go back there if I need to again.

I usually come once a year to wash our bedspreads. Barb at the Stow location was very helpful to me.She explained what machine i shoukd use. Also for the dryer she suggested the time i should set it at. She was very pleasant The store was very clean too
