(1/26/26) I Wish I could leave a whole separate/new review but Google doesn’t allow that. But I want to reiterate how wonderful our experiences are here. Having a reactive dog can make these visits stressful, but having a staff that is willing to be flexible when approaching your pets care is a true blessing. Highly recommend the Keystone staff to anyone who has a pet that they want treated with the utmost care.
(11/25/25)We’re newer to this vet but WOW! What a difference when you go somewhere where they truly care for the animals. They’ve been nothing but kind & professional. We haven’t had vet service like this in a long time, glad we made the switch.
I've only been here twice so far. Each time they have been nothing but nice and understanding. They make sure to take the time and speak with you. Ask you questions and allow you to ask questions. They seem very caring. I'm happy with the service I have received thus far.
Both of my girls, Phoebe and Nori go here for their visits. I feel safe and comfortable taking them here. The staff is so friendly and are obsessed with my kitties, they are spoiled with treats. I also love the little mugshots of them on the papers I receive…lol. They are so patient and respectful to my cats. I recommend going here :)
