To begin with, the customer service was excellent from the first phone call through the final review of the completed deck. The estimate was timely and quite reasonable. The install was seamless. Shawn and his crew were very efficient, professional and well-coordinated. The deck is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a home contractor. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a flawless installation and a superior deck.

Hook Home Maintenance is fantastic! They do excellent work, are punctual and thorough, have good suggestions if you're not an expert on things like flooring and fans...... I wouldn't hire anyone else.
