I had hired someone else to do my roof. After he took a partial payment he disappeared. Jay and his son stepped in and finished the job. They did a fantastic job, my roof looks great. I can't say enough good things about the work that they did.
Top Flight Home Inspections are the best! We were given an appointment the very next day after I called them. Shannon was extremely courteous and so helpful. Kenny was extremely thorough with his inspection. We went to the house while he was there, and he explained so much to my husband. He emailed us a copy of the report later that evening. It had lots of pictures and a completely detailed written explanation of everything that he inspected. On top of his thoroughness, he couldn't have been any nicer! This was our first experience using a home inspection company and Top Flight made our experience top notch!!!! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that needs a home inspection.
