I worked in IT and rarely need any IT support. We had a project: my son wanted to build his own gaming rig, and ordered all the parts. His advice was spot on, and he checked our progress from time to time to advise and ensure we did not misfire. I was very happy that I found PC Express to help with my upgrade to windows 10. I had no idea what I was doing. Jeff is professional and went above and beyond explaining things to me. I am so glad to know he is out there. I highly recommend all your computer needs to this place! He makes you feel welcome and is very patient. Very professional and I had my laptop back in a timely manner!
