I went to WVU, guys in Morgantown charging $40 a cut and they weren’t even close to Bill. Now I live in SWFL and people down here trying to charge anywhere from $35-60 a cut. Tried a place, and still nothing like Bill. Whenever I’m back in the OV next, I’m making a special trip to Steubenville for a cut.“
