Earlier in the year during one of the coldest weeks, my furnace stopped working and I had trouble finding someone available that day. I located Universal Heating and they had someone at my home within a couple of hours. The owner, John Rice, and staff were extremely helpful and expedient. Universal Heating had my new furnace installed by early evening. While I hope that I don't need their services again anytime soon, I will certainly use them again should the need arise.

Our furnace went out and I reached out to them after seeing all of their positive reviews. I called them Friday morning and by 8:30 PM they had installed a new system for me and I had heat again. The install guys were pleasant, knowledgeable, and fast. Would definitely recommend them and plan on using them for any future needs as well!

Very kind technicians! They got the old furnace out and new one in in a very timely manner. Very professional. Excellent service! Tech had to come back due to inducer motor making a annoying noise. Tech fixed the problem in a very timely manner. Very kind technicians and knowledgeable! 5 star rating here!
