I first used them a while back and an electrician came out, told me what it would cost and then completed the work. Very professional. So a couple years ago I needed more work done. I asked for an estimate and was just told it would be so much an hour. The scheduler acted like they didn’t do estimates any longer. I scheduled the work because I had the prior positive experience. They sent two electricians, didn’t bring what was needed even though I had told the scheduler, charged me hourly labor for two electricians when one was just sweeping up the debris from the job. The service is decent. But the labor costs for maintenaince service are quite high though. The hourly rate is $171, compared to the quotes I got from other companies doing similar work. The total labors costs easily go above $500, including the travel time.

I called to get new outlets put in my living room. The electricians were friendly and fast, they even found an unknown hazard and took care of it while they were doing the work they came here for. I will be returning for all of my electric needs!
