since the office was sold to My Eye Doctor it is no longer the type of care that it use to be. It is now more like an assembly line, staff not as friendly, it's hurry up and get exam done pick out glasses and pay!

Booked an appointment,got confirmation for the appointment,,,got called 7 hours later to inform me that that time had already been taken…..next available appointment was 4 weeks away…not good customer service..I now have another Doctor….

Been going here since they were in the old building...nearly 20yrs. Recently, the staff has ruined my visits. This has happened the last 2 visits in a row, and I won't be back. Need to call and tell them to stop the automated calls tell me I need an appointment, but I don't even want to call them any longer.
