I am a repeat customer and I had my first visit with Dr. Amanda today due to availability. She exceeded my expectations! I had the pleasure of working with Andrea to pick out my frames that I know I will love! She went above and beyond by finding additional cost savings for me!

The only reason I’m leaving this review is the educate everyone about the retinal scan that they push when you check in. It’s not explained as an option, it’s given to you in sales terms that they tell you that insurance covers everything except the retinal scan. (depending on your insurance of course) The doctor looks at your retina during the exam. This is a standard part of your eye exam. What the insurance doesn’t cover is the upsale of a picture of your retina. As it was stated today and in the past, they told me I had a $39 co pay. No I don’t. I was in the area from out of town for Christmas - I'm not a regular patient - when I discovered I'd left my contacts / glasses 7 hours away. I called their office in the morning, the day after Christmas, hoping they could help me out. Within an hour, they had a pair of 'trial' / replacement contacts for me matching my specific (very bad) prescription that I was able to pick up from their office, free of charge. Super appreciative that they helped me out when they had no obligation to do so.
