Sonny and his team were amazing. They cut down 6 trees for me in 3 days at a competitive pricepoint. . Scooter the climber was fantastic and it was thrilling to watch him in action. This team is my new go to for any future work needed. Highly recommend!
We had a huge tree fall and it was hanging over our house and power lines — it was honestly super scary and stressful. Monster Timber Tree Service came out fast and handled everything with so much care. They were kind, professional, and worked quickly to get the tree down safely. You could tell they really knew what they were doing. I’m beyond grateful they showed up when they did. Definitely recommend them if you’re ever in a tough spot like we were.
I placed a service request on thumbtack and he responded same day! Text message was perfect for me to communicate and having patience as we decided on the job. He came out pretty quickly and gave a fair quote and was able to itemize service for us to prioritize the job. The only reason why it's not 5 stars is that the neighbor tree wasn't trimed down and it was priority for us. It's a pretty disappointing to look at. The reason why it remained up is that the neighbor tree was dead and taking a branch would have disturbed the tree and caused more issues. Another company came out for the neighbor to quote tree and said the branches could have been removed so that was disappointing....read full review
