They worked with me to schedule my cat’s appointment urgently with my limited schedule. I was honest about my financial situation, and they worked with me on a treatment plan that both met my limitations, and met my cats needs. They never shamed me. Their prices are also transparent, and reasonable.
Even though I was not a current client at MRVH, they were kind enough to take care of my dog when she took a rapid decline on Christmas day and needed to be euthanized the next day. Most vets were closed (including my normal vet) or would not see us. MRVH made time to take care of my dog at her end of life. They were extremely caring and professional during this hard time. I have since changed my vet services to their group and have had my second dog seen for her yearly checkup and shots. We unfortunately lost our 13 year old cat earlier this month, but I am forever grateful for Mad Rivers' professional care and thoughtfulness.
