I can’t thank John and his helper enough! I wanted our fire burning fireplace converted to a gas fireplace. I ordered the logs and burner from Amazon. John and his helper came and installed them. He didn’t like what he saw and said that they were defective. I returned them and ordered another set. They came out again and they were defective also. He could have installed them and left. I would not have know that they were defective. I followed his recommendation to buy the from the former Bryce Hill. John and his helper came back a third time and I have a working gas burning fireplace. These gentleman are so polite and knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone.... read full review

Had to have a broken shutoff valve replaced before we could have our new stove installed. John came out the same day! He was friendly and knowledgeable and couldn’t have asked for better service. We will recommend his team to everyone! Thank you :)
